TOYAN Model Engine V4 FS-V400WA 14cc Four Cylinder Four Stroke Water-cooled Methanol RC Engine
Why Use Methanol Injection Fuel?
1. Increase the engine working power
2. Cooler intake temperatures allow you to run more aggressive timing and/or boost (forced induction applications)
3. Reduced chance of detonation
4. More economical for the street: water/methanol is a less expensive high-octane alternative to pure race gas for guys running high compression engines on the street
5. Built-in engine maintenance: The atomized water effectively steam cleans the valves, valve seats, and even the piston tops and intake, reducing carbon build up
Working of a Four Stroke Methanol Engine
A stroke is the movement of the piston from the top, to the bottom of the cylinder. the Four Stroke Petrol Engine uses a cycle of four strokes and Methanol as the fuel. Each cycle includes 2 rotations of the crankshaft and four strokes, namely:
1. An Intake Stroke
2. A Compression Stroke
3. A Combustion Stroke also called Power Stroke
4. An Exhaust Stroke
Features:
1. Powerful Performance: While it starts, the rotate speed can up to 2500-12500rpm/ Mins.
2. Fuel: Using methanol as fuel. The fuel formula is generally: 20% castor oil, nitromethane 5-30%, the rest is methanol; this product does not require high concentration methanol fuel, and can be used at a concentration of 20-25%. The process of moving from one end of the cylinder to the other when the piston reciprocates within the cylinder is called a stroke.
3. Parts Required for Operation: Requires a 7.4v or 11.1v battery to start the battery. The battery needs a T plug, the female end is on the engine side, and the electric fire head is needed. The electric fire head is a general-purpose product, which can be used in our shop or in other stores.
4. Priority Gift Option for Many Applications: The four-stroke engine can used on 1:10, 1:12, 1:14 scale car model or ship model and other equipment. Also, it can be used for classroom display as teaching Aids. Besides, it is ideal Gift for engine lovers.
Tips:
1. Do not touch the motor fan with your hands to avoid scratching.
2. Do not touch the cylinder department with your hands to prevent burns.
